I just happened to have bought 2 heads of cauliflower too. I was looking for a new way to have it, than just steaming or even boil it. This recipe came in handy and it was a very tasty way to have it. I doused it with pomegranate juice that I brought from Greece and it gave such a great salady taste. 👍
