Love that! I did put the dough in the fridge for a little while because then it was easier to handle. I rolled 16 balls by hand and baked 6, froze the other 10. They come out just as lovely with just an extra minute of baking. Thanks for this recipe.

Easy to make, too! In the future, I will halve the recipe to make smaller cookies or bake in two batches, using four baking sheets, as I tend to like smaller cookies.
