Your baking recipes are delicious. I thought you could use your recipes and start a small 5K Sq. Ft facility where others could run it for u, to bake & package your products using your recipes. With your grocery store connections u can likely get your products to the market very easily. I for one would love to be able to buy your cookies up here in Canada. I’m sure you know, or have thought of all these things. Maybe I have way too much of an entrepreneur spirit in the bakery business. If I was 40 years younger then who knows maybe I’d go for it? I’d have to J-V it with you of course. At one point in my youner life, I seriously thought of opening such a facility in Florida in the 80’s. Twice the sq footage, but still in the bakery business. I love my sweets.
