From the picks he’s he seems to have that deep Lebonese look. They know how make excellent food, with their Mediterranean heritage. We have this place here called Tabule, that is very traditional Lebanese. Their food is great too.

I wish I was there to taste chef Eddie’s recipe from his own hands. You’re privileged to have had that opportunity. It tastes different when someone else is cooking it for u. I’m sure he’s a unique talent. I’ll wait to cook them in the summer though, in time for the grass fed free run lambs to start grazing. I have a special place where get the lam chops from here. Then I’ll throw the chops on the grill. They’ll taste great with a nice scotch. Cheers
