I’m go glad that you liked these, Harry! I know you like to grill in the winter, so try grilling the chops and making the sauce separately. It’s also a great way to cook them!

This recipe for pork chops was very tasty. I’m used to just frying the pork chops normally, but they’re usually thinner. These were a little thicker which probably added to the taste. The white wine was a good touch as well. Thanks.
