This is my favorite pie. Pecan pie is my weakness. It started in my mid, to late 20’s growing up. I’m not a patient baker. I’d prefer to eat other’s baking. So I’m going to have to get creative here and get someone to bake it for me. I’ll report back when I eat it. It looks delicious.
