Hi, Terry! Thanks so much for your comments! The crackers I love to serve this with are from Raincoast Crisp. Any flavor works beautifully, but they could be the cranberry hazelnut or fig pecan ones.

Made it as part of the New Year’s Eve menu and it was a hit. Bacon and dates is a nice combo.
