I keep similar ingredients as you for this purpose. Costco offers Greek Fig Jam once a year around this time , and I stock up till next years stock. The other thing I do is, is chop up sun-dried tomatoes in oil, and spread it on a cracket/little rye breads as well. Delicious. Cheers?
