We had an easy dinner and had two of these each with a big salad. My deli didn’t have White Cheddar so I used Provolone and it was perfect. Added a few sprinkles of Parmesan cheese on top with some Italian seasoning. Easy to make but looked like it took time to prepare.

Would definitely make again as an entree or as a side with a lighter main course.
