I was at the Grocery store when I got your recipes this morning. So I picked some English muffins which I love toasted btw, then I thought I’d use asparagus instead of bacon. I’ve never had Eggs Benedict!! I’m a breakfast guy. I enjoy breakfast eggs, every which way. But I’ve never tried Eggs Benedict. Maybe because deep down psychologically, I dislike the name Benedict. Anyway, the Hollandaise Sause was a breeze. Next thing I know I’m enjoying my morning eggs differently. Cheers Fran.
