The bacon gave them that extra flavor (the Garlic helped too of course). I usually have bacon wrapped scallops. Go wonder. But I never thought of wrapping the shrimp too. Silly me. I had some fresh frozen Peruvian jumbo shrimp, sitting in the Freezer too. So your timing was perfect. Thanks Fran, keep them coming.
