I gave my youngest son your short rib recipe and he decided that it would be a good idea to cook it for our Easter. He is very good with culinary activities and I can’t wait to try it. As you know, I a huge beef fan. I’ll let u know how it all turns out.

From adjusting the oven rack to the melted butter and honey glaze! It doesn’t give the authors name either. But everything in your recipe and the Cooks Country is exact!!!

Comment on Blood Orange Thyme Cocktail by Francine https://thefancypantskitchen.com/recipe/blood-orange-thyme-cocktail/#comment-42448 Thu, 10 Apr 2025 23:58:11 +0000 https://thefancypantskitchen.com/?post_type=ranna_recipe&p=8805#comment-42448 In reply to Cynthia.

Cynthia, you can easily convert this for a crowd! Figure out how many people you want to make it for and divide by 2 (since the recipe makes enough for 2 people). That’s how many times you’ll need to increase the recipe by (multiply all of the ingredients by that number). The only thing you don’t want to increase that way is the simple syrup. It makes enough for 8 cocktails. So, if you want to make 16 cocktails, just double the simple syrup ingredients.

As well, I would leave the sparkling water off and let people top off their drinks when they pour them. Otherwise, it will go flat.

Hope that helps!

Are there any tips on making a bulk version?
