Cinnamon Peach Muffin Loaf is a conundrum. Is it a cake? Muffin in a loaf shape? Breakfast bread? I say it’s all of the above. The question is do you slather it with butter for a delicious breakfast treat or do you top it with ice cream for an awesome cake dessert? That decision will be left to you but first you have to make this delicious peach-filled loaf/cake/bread!
Filled with fresh peaches and peach jam and topped with a crumbly cinnamon swirl, it is really hard to beat this amazing treat!
For the batter, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, yogurt, eggs and vanilla. Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix until fully combined. Stir in the peaches.
Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan and swirl the peach jam through the batter.
Make the cinnamon swirl by combining butter, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Arrange clumps of swirl over the batter.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the oven and serve with butter and flakey sea salt or with ice cream or both!!
