This delicious, fluffy Pull-Apart Olive Bread is so easy and tasty, it’s hard to find a reason NOT to make it. Frozen dinner rolls are studded with Kalamata olives, torn green olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Sprinkled with feta cheese and oregano and drizzled with olive oil, this is an ideal bread to serve any ol’ time!
I love doctoring up premade food such as tomato sauce so that you cut down on time and effort. With this bread, with start with frozen dinner rolls to make it way more time-friendly. This entire bread only takes 30 minutes to prep and bake with a few hours of rising time added.
Place the frozen unbaked rolls to a loaf pan and nestle the olives and sun-dried tomatoes among the rolls. It’s fine to stack the rolls on top of each other.
Cover with plastic wrap loosely and let it rise for 3-4 hours or until the dinner rolls are about an inch above the pan.
Sprinkle the top with crumbled feta cheese and dried oregano. Drizzle olive oil evenly over the top and bake for about 25 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and baked all the way through.
Remove it from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
