Blackberry Tequila Lemon Cooler

To celebrate the upcoming Cinco de Mayo holiday, toast the day with a Blackberry Tequila Lemon Cooler. Or two…

This delicious combination of muddled blackberries and thyme, silver tequila and lemonade is a refreshing way to celebrate holidays, graduation, birthdays or the beginning of the summer season!

This is one of those cocktails that literally takes minutes to make.  There is no simple syrup to make or shrub to concoct.  In a cocktail shaker, muddle blackberries with thyme leaves.  Add tequila to this and strain it over ice.

Finally add lemonade, top it with sparkling water, if you like, and garnish it with extra thyme stems and blackberries.

That’s it, folks!  Now, it’s time to enjoy this delicious cocktail!
