No-Bake Chewy Oreo Bars

These No-Bake Chewy Oreo Bars are all the rage!  With only 3 ingredients (say what??) and no need to turn the oven on, these bars with have your head spinning!

Chewy, delicious and so easy…what more could you want!

Just like rice Krispie squares, these yummy treats require just marshmallows and butter and instead of rice Krispies, we break mini oreos into small bits and incorporate them.

Begin by melting the marshmallows and butter in the microwave.  Stir until you have a smooth mixture.

Add the chopped Oreos, reserving a bit for the topping, and mix until incorporated.

Pour into a prepared pan and press with a spatula.  Top with reserved chopped oreos.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.  Cut into squares and serve!!  Yummmm!
